Hi All, Please can anyone offer some guidance on how flexera looks at robots - in particular Blue Prism? I have some proof of entitlement to add into flexera but the guidelines on how robots will be recognised has been a bit vague. We purchase this as a subscription however blue prism doesnt appear to already be in the Flexera Library. I'd therefore need to create a license and choose an appropriate license type. Subscription isn't an option on here so id normally check EULA's/Agreements etc to establish if this is a device or user license. With this however i'm struggling to get past any documentation simply referring to them as robots. Is there an option i'm overlooking? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Kirsty

Hi All, Just looking for some advice re suites and bundles in Flexera and how other organisations deal with these. We obviously use software from larger suppliers such as IBM and Oracle etc but when we have products for smaller suppliers are these still treated in a similar way? Are there any clear user guides which lay out step by step the best way to input suites and bundles? we did receive some very limited flexera training on how to add bundles and or suites but a refresher would be much appreciated! Thanks, Kirsty

Hi, i'm trying to enter some proof of entitlement into flexera for a product called IconJar (V1.x) We are entitled to any of the subsequent .releases right up to (but not including) v2 This license isnt already showing for us in Flexera's libraries So i have therefore created it. I've triedto add this restriction into the use rights and rules section of the license properties however i do not appear to have a suitable option. I can select "Support upgrades to a selected version" however the only two options in here are "not allowed" which obviously isnt right or "latest version" which also isnt correct given our upgrade rights detailed above. Is there an alternative location where this restriction should be added or is my access limiting additional options within this screen? Many thanks in advance for any help, Kirsty

Hi all, I'm currently leading a piece of work to add all of our proof of entitlement into Flexera and have encountered an issue with SaaS orders. My organisation as yet, have not purchased the bolt on for flexera to recognise SaaS products, so as an interim solution I'd like some advice on how others add SaaS entitlement into Flexera. Do you simply add this and leave it sitting in "unprocessed"? Do you create licences for the products to link to? Is there a way to link the orders to a licence and for these to be recognised in Flexera without the bolt on? Im concious I dont want to be creating licences then reaping no benefit due to the recognition aspect not working. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Kirsty Wilson
