Is it expected that based on this SKU review there will be modifications to the ARL? We are working on comparing what we see within FNM with that of Big Fix and seem to be a lot of discrepancies with the evidence. Just curious if this will possibly address some of these discrepancies.

Is it possible to build a mashup and pass data through even if it doesn't match on anything? For example if I had a spreadsheet with all assets and their serial number. Could I have it match on serial number but still pass through the items that do not match? Customer wants to see all of their hardware data within Data Platform to include external harddrives, monitors, etc. So that they can leverage technopedia data where it does map, but also be able to see no discoverable assets in the same system.

Thanks I did try to use that with my mashup formatted like SQL is showing, but it still did not work. Nothing gets mapped.

Is there a way to see what installer\file evidence is associated with a Technopedia Entry? Much like you can do in FNM you can see the evidence associated with ARL entries even for applications not installed. I know this can be done within the Mapping cube for normalized inventory but am looking for the mapping for all Technopedia entries. For example we have a product installed and coming in from SCCM. It is being marked as unknown, however there is a Technopedia entry for the version and product, so wanted to see what mapping is being used to determine that a system has the product.

Has anyone used the Manufacturer ID for a mashup key? I see that the ID is in the following format when I export if from Technopedia - 4,124, 4,125, etc. Wondering what the correct format is for the ID when bringing data in through a mashup and using this as the key.

Currently we are getting file evidence from SCCM for .exe data. If we were to turn on file evidence from SCCM to find a specific file will that then come over via the SCCM import into FNM, or are there only certain file types that FNM imports from SCCM file evidence?

After applying the 5.5.53 Build20220601_3003 patch set, we are unable to export any reports over 10000 rows to a csv. I know the other formats don't support that large number of rows out of the box, but believe CSV always has. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Seeing a lot of software that is showing as mapped, however when looking at what it maps to..it just shows the manufacturer, name, and version to either all be "-", or a mixture of an actual manufacturer, vendor, version and a "-". Curious if anyone else has experienced this and maybe it didn't complete a full normalize process?

When doing a one off upload of inventory to include installer evidence, I notice that the last used date isn't getting populated from the template. Has anyone done this before and been successful? I was thinking may the date format is wrong, but I am using the same format that is used with other import templates like the PO template. Thanks!

Assuming you want to see all software installed and the devices that it is installed on. If so, you would want to generate a report so that you can bring in the applications along with the devices into one view. Then filter so that the Installed Applications do not contain SQL. May have to play with the filters a little bit, but that should get you what you need.
