Hi, I am able to download the Recognition log file and Purl files using the below link in the server manually. url: https://www.managesoft.com/support/Compliance/RecognitionAfter82.cab https://www.managesoft.com/support/Compliance/EOSL.cab https://www.managesoft.com/support/Compliance/PURL.cab But i am unable to download this file PURL PURLs: https://update.managesoft.com:443/ProductUseRights and getting 443 error. Second Point: i have tried to ping and tracert using the www.managesoft.com but getting the error message and attached. Error message: C:\Users\SRVC_TACM_FNMS_PROD>tracert www.managesoft.com Unable to resolve target system name www.managesoft.com. C:\Users\SRVC_TACM_FNMS_PROD>ping www.managesoft.com Ping request could not find host www.managesoft.com. Please check the name and try again Log files also attached only we have received error message on mgsimportrecognition and recongition log file attached, this log file successful because i have ran ARL manually on April 29th. Hi, I have recognition task scheduler running fine without any issues. No ARL log files Present and log file not created. SKU Log file also not created. I have attached the msgrecognition file attached and below is the error messgae. Hi Blalvani, I have opened the IIS in the server. Please let me know where we can setup this thing in the IIS. So that i can check and update the status. i am seeing in the IIS "443, https" is enabled in BDNA. the same i have attached screen shot. But for user admin console we are using https connections to connect for Normalization. Hi Team, We are unable to find the certificate installation path. i tried to check in the START -> RUN -> MMC -> File -> Add/Remove Snappins Select the CERTIFICATES and click ADD -> Computer Account -> Next -> Finish attached the screen shot. still i can find this certificate in the server. Hi, We dont have internet access to server.we have updated last year manually for ARl/PURL. We need to check why this not happening automatically. i have verified the document and manual process ask to follow for this issue. i have started the recoginition data import scheduler in the task. please find the attached screen shot.
