This is expected as the docker component is built separately from the rest of the agent. The actual fnms-docker-monitor version can be obtained by running `fnms-docker-monitor.exe -V` from a terminal. This version may or may not change between agent releases depending on whether any changes have been made to the docker component.

@sasikumar_r The error states that the instance was discovered, but the oracle instance was not running at the time of inventory. You should start by contacting the system owner or DBA for that instance and verify if the instance should be running. I have found that these cases can mean the database is a failover node or is powered off because it is due for decommissioning. Your Oracle DBAs should have more information on it.

Just a thought are these Windows hosts? As I have seen this before that the VMware container name differs to the actual host name of the guest.
What I would look for is this >
Look at the hostname of the actual guest, I would the hostname of the actual guest to be representative of the .ndi Tst123 for example - so this could be your first clue.
I'm not sure if you are using FNMS or ITAM - but I would then look in "All Inventory" and use the column chooser and also select VM name - as that takes the container name if you are also connected to vCenter inventory.

Hi @sasikumar_r ,
As you have indicated, a common approach would be to perform a manual import via the UI from either a .xlsx spreadsheet or CSV file. For something more regular you can set this up as a scheduled task via your Beacon if you are able to maintain updates to the spreadsheet.

Beyond the above, I can't think of other alternatives however others in the community may have further suggestions.

FNMS supports SAML 2.0 and will integrate with any product Identity provider that uses SAML 2.0. Check if Ivanti supports SAML 2.0 and you can do a POC. Since there is no specific document for this particular Identity provider. Thank you for your answer! We have followed the steps mentioned which you have provided & it worked as usual 😊
We have recently cleaned up some staled user records from user db, seems like we have deleted the system record aswell. After restoring the system record the files are getting processed now.

Some thoughts I would be considering here are:
Generally missing host details on a VM indicate that the VM has not been referenced in any virtual inventory that has been gathered, but hardware/software inventory has been gathered from the VM. You could look in the virtual inventory NDI file(s) gathered from the host to see what details are recorded in there.
You could check in the history of the inventory device record to see if host details have changed over time. If you see changes that may give insight into some scenarios.
The host affinity flag may be set based on inventory details gathered from the VM, and not require details of the host. Or maybe the VM inventory device record did have a host specified in the past and had the host affinity flag set from that.
