I am aware and understand the differences in the two fields.  I still cannot wrap my head around how an employee status is inactive yet, they have ACTIVE USE (current) of a product.  Based on this information, our roster would be inacurate as I see records from 2 days ago that show Active Status = Active, yet my employee is Inactive, indicating to me it is a roster issue.  Will check further internally. ... Some changes have just been made to the Flexera One environment which will hopefully avoid further "premature sign outs" like described above. Whether this can be done may depend on the details in the file inventory and usage data that is available to the system. However a starting place to investigate may be: Create an application in the ARL for each component you want to track usage of Configure an "at least one" file recognition rule for the primary executable file associated with that component (e.g. excel.exe for Excel). If the inventory and usage data being imported both refer to excel.exe on a device then this is likely to be sufficient to recognize the component as being installed, and identify it as being used. ... Thank you for the answer!  The problem I see with leaving blank means I am getting everything and can't tell if it's free or paid licensing.  The way we had it set up initially was blank and I wasn not able to begin to tell who was using what.  We have since set up the license as "paid" and I am seeing exactly what I expected.   Shelby ...
