Thanks! I was hoping for an easy way to view our Azure use. We have another team that can be critical of Flexera if we aren't matching. Currently we do not match so I'm trying to back into their data. Appreciate the answers.

When trying to review our hybrid 365 position, clicking link returns nothing of value. Takes me to ITAM "All Licenses". How can we access this info?

Where can I view info about our actual license with Flexera. There used to be an option to see how many servers and how many workstations were licensed. I can't find this info any longer. Did it go away or have I forgotten how to access this?
I use it to compile iventory reports.

Wondering if I should expect my IBM PVU Report to match the current consumption at the actual license level? Would there ever be a scenario where that wouldn't be the case?

Well the user shows up, but their use doesn't. I should have checked before answering earlier. I'm glad the users are visible, but this doesn't help when I need to prove use. Does that take additional time?

I am aware and understand the differences in the two fields. I still cannot wrap my head around how an employee status is inactive yet, they have ACTIVE USE (current) of a product. Based on this information, our roster would be inacurate as I see records from 2 days ago that show Active Status = Active, yet my employee is Inactive, indicating to me it is a roster issue. Will check further internally.

What is the criteria for Inactive Employee status? Is an employee marked inactive based on data received from customer (us), or are employees determined to be inactive employees based on any criteria such as non-use for a certain period of time?
I'm having a hard time understanding how Activity Status = Active, but Employee Status = Inactive. After doing random review of records, I'm finding some of the inactive employees are in fact active.

1. Added new user to Visio Plan 2 over 24 hours ago and still not showing up in user list in SaaS Manager for the Visio license.
2. Reqeusted 3 users that were showing inactiive use for Visio Plan 2 to access the application over 24 hours ago; record still shows inactive for use.
How long does it take take for these updates to show within SaaS Manager?

The problem is that I am not an admin, thus I do not have access to these reports, yet I'm the only one in the entire organization that manages IBM and runs quarterly PVU reporting. I've requested my role to be changed to admin.

I can access each report individually. The help file makes it sound like it's a one stop shop. I can click 1 button and get all 3 reports. The "hyperlink" in my "help" is not active.

Are manual exemptions to consumptions required when a product (Cognos in this instance) is provided as part of another licensed product? I am currently showing consumption of Cognos and have been told the license is included with Infor, therefore, we do not need to pay for the entitlement.
