Been through this a couple of times and it is easier to just stand up a new SQL environment. Then you can either backup the databases and restore them to the new SQL server, or use MS Data Migration Assistant to migrate all the SQL databases and logins etc. You could run compatibility assessments from this MS tool as well if you wanted to.
Then just reinstall the FNMS server roles on your new servers and point them at the databases hosted on your new SQL environment.

Perfect, worked for me and the Datawarehouse export has completed on all our tenants, so that was a win. Now to look into the ARL issue I have and raise another call with the support guys.

ANOTHER UPDATE... Forget the last update, it is still failing with it set to 0, so I have set it back again to 1. Will have to open a support call after all and see if the support guys can sort it out.
UPDATE.... It was a problem with the script as we are using a Multi-Tenant DB, so I just did it the hard way and checked the table to get the ID number that references the KPIDataExport value from the settings table and then just set the value to 0 against all entries with the ID in the ComplianceSetting table. (5 rows affected) this time and looks like it is skipping the issue for the time being.
ORIGINAL POST.... I have the same issue, problem for me is that when I run this script against the FNMSDatawarehouse DB I am getting (0 rows affected) so it is not actually changing anything.
We are running a Multi-tenant version of FNMS 2022 R2.
Guess I better open a support call and see if the support guys can help

This is an example of the log that prevents it identifying the Adobe apps and comes once the first Adobe app is matched to the path usageagent_qh11205368.log:[26/06/2019 10:58:57 AM (G, 0)] {3744} Session logging: UNKNOWN PRODUCT Session (Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\ACC\Creative Cloud.exe, product is unknown) Session will not be added to cache. Not quite the problem is the first application for example will report back as Photoshop.exe and from then on all other Adobe executable will not report back and will simply be listed as UnMappedExes and have no name to identify the application and match back to evidence. I did have a call open for this and attached the logs that shows the usage agent doesn't map the exe's back after the first one.

We have completed extensive testing with this setting and unfortunately it doesn't help with the Adobe applications, the problem is they are all installed in the same location on the device, so basically it detects the first Adobe application it finds and reports usage for that application, but doesn't report on any other Adobe applications after this due to the fact the path is already assigned to the first application that was discovered. So unfortunately it doesn't help for the reporting of usage for the Adobe CC products. I believe the issue with the Adobe apps is going to be resolved in Q1 this year with the next release of FNMS
