I am seeing this same issue. Support is not finding an answer. I see this thread but the community did not post and solutions over the last year. This must be a common probably when setting up VMWare Discovery ?
Anyone have a solution ?

DId anyone figure out the tables needed to assign the IP subnets to Beacon ?
I see how to find the subnets but then what table is need to query the Beacon / Flexera Component type ?

Its now Q2 2021... any updates. Will Flexera Support the MS Intune integration with App Portal ? Many companies are moving away from the SCCM technology so I would think Flexera would move to newer supported deployment platforms..

I too am having this problem with O365 since upgrading to 2019 R2. Yes, Agree there is some problem after upgrading to 2019 R2 on-prem. The Inventory process is not running as it should. Importing seems to be not working.
