Does anyone know if it is possible (or has figured out) to automate a data export from IT Visibility to a shared location? I have a customer that wants an automated scheduled export of data to use for BI reporting. Not sure if it is even possible using API or Scripting. Thanks, Gavin

I'm looking to see if anyone has a query they have used to pull in group membership through a business adapter on a beacon server. I need to pull all members of a specific group and assign them to software entitlements. I can't seem to get the filters correct. Has anyone done this in the past and if so could you share your query and attributes. Thanks, Gavin

This issue was resolved by reinstalling the admin module and the transports. However there is a new error with another customer also running on Unix and the previous fix does not work. Getting SOAP error code 3 now. I've attached a screen shot of error.

Does Flexera have any documentation on how specifically how to connect IT Vis to ServiceNow? All I can find is that it is supported OOtB.

Getting the following error when importing system landscape for the first time. GET_BUSINESS_SYSTEM_ERROR An error occurred when determining the business system This is FNMS cloud. SOAP calls and webservice settings have been confirmed and there are no communication issues between admin module/SOLMAN and beacon. Not sure if there is an issue with the beacon pulling down the default system landscape from the cloud or not.

Is there any value to setting up a BMC ADDM connection in FNMS if the FNMS agent will be installed on all servers within an environment? What additional information does a BMC connection provide above and beyond the agent?

For a cloud environment when setting up web service config under URL Access Path does the URL point to the cloud WebUI or does it point to the on-prem beacon server? Same for on-prem installation does it point to the on-prem web server (split server setup) or the beacon server?
