Even if my original goal has been achieved (answered by Markus Latz), I am still interested in how to pass a value with spaces to the setup via PowerShell. For instance, this didn't work: .\MySetup.exe /RabbitMQ_DbPath=`"C:\Databases and Logs\Database\`"
