Dear Community, Wishing everyone is safe in this challenging times. I am currently working on a re-harvesting strategy, I have identified few licenses/applications that are really good for re-harvesting. Thinking "off-the-shelf" software, which would be your key software for this task? I will name 3, maybe we could collaborate identifying this key application. For me: Tableau - Desktop Visio - MS Reflection - MF Whats yours?

Hello Kristy, I have successfully licensed BluePrism, unfortunately there is no one simple way of doing it. From my side i was able to identify the machines where the Blue Prism Bot is installed, then I have agreed with Application owner to name the specific production servers with bots names. As you might be aware Blue Prism does let you use free licensed environment (Depending on your contract). I have worked out with Allocation/unallocation by the VM name /OS where the bot is hosted/installed. For me works well, however requires maintenance and sync with your product owner. Hope this helps. Dear Community, Im trying to license my MongoDB database, the licensing model is not supported by Flexera which leaves a lot to desire. Without using allocation, have you try to license any product by RAM memory? My licensing is like a Core licensing but need to cap the RAM memory to 256/512... can you do it? If so how? Appreciate your kind support. Victor

Thanks Markward! Agree. I am using FNMS Cloud which i don't have access to the data base and cleaning from there, when importing if you have a spelling mistake this automatically will create a vendor that might not exist. At this stage I will do it at the purchase level. Appreciate and agree with your reply.

I believe this should be a good enhancement for FNMS. I want to monitor dynamically the consumption without allocations ie. Desktop license is only consumed by Windows 10 Devices (PC's Laptops). Exactly same software that is installed on Servers only consume Window Server Devices. I do not have the time to keep tracking what devices are new with this application which is worldwide deployed. Yes, can be done on the consumption tab, but will be better to have this as a right or rule.

Hi all, I would be very grateful if you could provide some advice on the following question: I am trying to limit a license to be consumed exclusively to windows 10 machines, what is the best practice to exclude Server consumption and VMs? and vice-versa for Server license not to consume entitlement from Desktop? Dear Community, I was wondering of there is any "quick fix" for Publisher Names. When creating my compliance report I can see that could be 1, 2 or 3 Publishers with the same name or typo error. What would you do to sort this? Would you do it at the Purchase level? Many thanks, Victor.
