Dear Flexera, In FNMS2021R1 Inventory of Windows Registry has been formally introduced: https://docs.flexera.com/FlexNetManagerSuite2021R1/EN/Features/index.html#FeatureList/2021R1-0/RN-new-WinRegInvent.html It seems to me that this is not completed yet as it the values are only available in the inventory device property sheet Evidence tab, when you select the WMI sub-tab. Now I would also expect that you can process and link registry (WMI Evidence) So I have checked Unrecognized Evidence-->Installer Evidence and then try to filter on WMI or Registry. Unfortunately non of the two is vissable. Am I thinking wrong or did Flexera missed something here with the implementation? Regards Ronald

Hello Flexera FNMS now contains a new field called :Cloud License model. My question Now is how is this data fieled filled? Is this only done automaticly ? Or is for example byol/payg coming from the Azure connector (seems not to be the case) If it is only manually: Is Flexera planning to automate this with data coming from their connectors? Hi, This is a known bug that is fixed in 2021R1. And is caused by coms and inventory.xml that is being read and contains old false installations. Only way to solve this is using the latest FNMS agent. Regards Ronald

Hi Everyone, I understood that VMware ThinApp is not supported. But I am wondering if perhaps anyone has expierence with it in combination with FNMS? Perhaps build an connector for it? Thanks and Regards Ronald

Hi Matt, You mentioned in Sep 20: We don't currently support Kubernetes / OpenShift however this is something I've been asked for a lot recently so it is going to either by 1st or 2nd on the container roadmap which means that current expectations is they will be delivered in the first half of next year however we're still finalising the roadmap for Q1 and Q2 so I can't give exact release details at this point. What is the latest status? As my customer is using: openshift version 4 : running on RedHat CoreOS. Regards Ronald

@Darshana thanks for your help. The connection string had the wrong connection db. After changing this and testing at all 3 data source connections it now works and loads correctly Thank you very mutch for your help. Next step now is to make the connection fully HTTPS, will follow the steps for that. Regards Ronald

Thanks @Darshana No I didn't but did now and it works. Only I now have an new issue: We can’t retrieve the data from data set Flexera Data Models. I have checked the connection details and Native client works but jdbc is failing. @davidle and @WheresThePizza Thanks for your help. Yes the test connection works fine. I have created an case and received the sql command to update the rights. Unfortunate the result is the same. Also I wonder if I can share the command here? As it is hacking FNMS a bit..

I am currently implementing FNMS2020R2. This has a newer Cognos version 11.0.13. and running in to the issue that reports are not being loaded because of db connection. (testing connection works fine) This issue is being caused by TLS 1.2 and SQL server 2017. I have performed all steps and now need to : click the Set Properties button: OK Go to the Settings tab Add the following the Additional JVM Arguments for the QueryService setting. The settingst tab is not availlable in this cognos version. Regards Ronald

HI Diggesh, Thanks This looks nice. Altough it helps. I wonder if it is complete and 100% correct? For example it mentioned: rfc/sns+rfc connectiions to beacon. But you must mean from Admin module to Beacon? Cheers Ronald
