On an Atlassian Bamboo automated build machine, InstallShield 2021 standalone build and InstallShieldPrereqs.exe are installed. In the C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\INSTALLSHIELD\2021 SAB\SETUPPREREQUISITES folder, the required *.prq files are available. Not available are all folders (e.g. "VC 2010 SP1 Redist") with the media to be installed (e.g. vcredist_x64.exe). For the next version this project should be created in the language English, for this InstallShield Professional 2021 is installed in English. The Professional version supports only one language. Since IS2012 I use upgrade licenses coming up with a silver maintenance plan. It is a single user upgrade license. Now I am using IS2020R3  only on one machine. For tests I need a msi project with IS2019.  Can I install and license IS2019 on another computer with my older activation code for IS2019 - without affecting my current IS2020R3 installation, especially with regard to the IS2020R3  license?     ...
