FNMS 2020 R2 On Prem When I go to the Analytics page is pops up a Windows Security / Sign in to access this site / Authorization required by http://servername Entering my ID and password does not help. If I cancel it presents a page with: You could not be signed into Flexera Analytics Invalid login response

If an application that FNMS is reporting as installed on a PC, is not listed in Programs and Features as shown in Installer Evidence, how do I find out why the program is being reported.

I've run another ARL import and reconcile and that seems to have sorted it all out. I now only have a few freeware applications that I have marked as Unauthorised listed under Unlicensed Installs.

Chris I don't have any Applications on the Unmanaged Applications page because I have processed them all. So why are there applications under Unlicensed Installations listed as Unmanaged when they are not listed on the Unmanaged Applications page? Also, why do applications classified as Freeware and Component (ie. they don't need a license) showing on the Unlicensed Installations page? Dawn

How can I have Applications classified as Component listed under Unlicensed Installations and showing as Unmanaged. There is nothing listed at all under Unmanaged Applications. Checking under All Applications and there is nothing listed there as Unmanaged either.

I already have an open case. The problem is that open cases just seem to sit there as "Awaiting Fix Decision" and it appears that nothing further happens. Is a enhancement request different?

Is anyone else concerned that the last inventory date listed in the UI is not actually the date that software and hardware inventory was last collected from the servers? Its is collecting the 'Last successful CMDB sync' date which is not the date of a last successful scan.

How can I find out what the status is with this issue? Basically, Windows Virtual Machines being removed as duplicates since they are being treated like Physical computers. ie. Match by manufacturer, model and firmware serial number for physical computer with no host ID Windows Virtual Machines do not have a HostID. It is not one of the attributes in BMC.
