I have gone through the help document but could not find a way to set the registry heirarchy.. Can anyone please help me on how to do this?

HI, Even i have a little similar problem to this in install anywhere i would like to set the product registry path to hklm\ \ / but it goes into microsoft\windows\arpcache.. by default. Can i set the default path by setting any IA variables or is there any other way to do this. Can you please help me..

Hi, We install apache tomcat during the installation of our product. This is installed from a zip file by using expand archive in the install step. Now when i uninstall my product the tomcat directory remains in the installation folder. Why doesnt it get deleted? Wont the files included in the install step gets deleted unless they are modified? Can anyone please tell me how could i delete it at uninstallation.. Thanks, anitha

jre is not getting deleted in hp-ux machine PA-RISC folder with few *.dl in jre\lib and PA-RISC folder with java in jre\bin are left without getting deleted though a script can be written in the post uninstall script to remove them why is this happening.

The product gets added to the Add/Remove Programs at the installation phase and not at the first step in pre isntallation process.

Have the same problem the uninstaller does not remove the jre folder completely in HP-UX Should i delete the jre by a script at the end of uninstallation

Suppose i have a requirement say: 1.Install A 2. Install B 3. Install both for 3rd option can i launch an installer from the project Do IA have an option to call IA installers in the project
