You can return the license via the cmdline: open CMD prompt cd C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\{year}\System TSConfig.exe /return Re-launch UI.

Dynamic file links do not take place until the build. The only way to obtain that information is after the build, otherwise you will need to add the files statically.
