The prerequisites for Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Express are included in InstallShield 2012 Spring and newer versions of InstallShield. In InstallShield 2012, you need to create them with custom prerequisites. Hope that helps.

If you would like to add a merge module that is not listed in the Redistributables view, you can browse and add it to your project in the view. Please see the Browsing for Merge Module help topic for more informaiton.
