I found a helpful post on another thread that solved my problem. Here is my solution...Instead of looking at the currentVersion registry key for flash I changed the prerequisite to look at: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion...
