Hi,
Correct. Once the FlexDeploy Pod has been deployed and configured, you may view the Pod by navigating to it's IP address. During configuration of the FlexDeploy Pod, it is recommended to navigate to the IP address, once set, to complete configuration.
Please see attach screenshot from FlexDeploy Pod running in our support lab.

Hi,
Please the following requirements when creating your csv import file.
Please upload a .csv file containing your database credentials. The file must be named 'database.csv'. Your file must be under 1MB and properly formatted or it will be rejected.
You may use a database.csv file to add and remove creds. Row format is as follows (no header row): action, ip, username, password, dbtype, port, sid (oracle only) Valid dbtypes are MySQL, MSSQL, and Oracle. Valid actions are add, remove. Only exact matches will be removed.

Hi,
"The Adaptive Server connection" error indicates a network firewall blocking access from the RN150 to that address, a firewall running on that server blocking access, the MSSQL server running on a different port, or an incorrect IP address.
Please confirm that the IP address is correct and that the MSSQL server is listening on TCP port 1433. If so, then there is likely an access restriction preventing the RN150 from communicating with that server on that TCP port

Hi,
If the RN150 can no longer connect to a device that had previous successful data collection, you will not loose the previously collected data. The platform will use the previously collected data to build Application Stacks. Once data is collected, it will not be lost.

Hi,
The file must be under 1MB and formatted as either network address/CIDR prefix, or network address/CIDR prefix on a new line.
Examples:
63.146.167.192/26,65.125.73.180/30
or
63.146.167.192/26 65.125.73.180/30
There must be no spaces in-between the subnets using the format separated by a comma, as shown in the example above.

Hi,
You may start the Burst anytime during the assessment period. It is recommended to have all of the in scope devices properly discovered before opening the Burst. Please note, once the Burst is opened, there is no feature to pause/stop the 30 day count down timer.

Hi,
To monitor performance on target devices, you will need to apply a license to them. Performance data collection will be paused while the RN150 is in a Discovery state and will resume once the Discovery has completed. You can check for performance collection issues from the Summary of Collection page, found at the Collect Data tab, in the Portal.
If you suspect the RN150 is causing an issue, you may power it down. When powered down, it will essentially pause the appliance. It will resume when powered back on.
Unfortunately, we do not documentation regarding bandwidth consumption, for the RN150.

Hi,
Once connection data has been collected, you will not loose that data, if the RN150 get shuts down. You will have access to the collected data, until the subscription expires. Subscriptions can be renewed.

I have provided your question, for context to my reply.
Question: How long does it take to collect and display performance information of stacks after licensing and building application stacks? Answer: It can take upwards of 24 hours or longer for full population of device performance data, depending on how many devices are licensed. You can confirm if performance data collection is successfully occurring by viewing the Summary of Collection page. The Summary of Collection page can be found at Collect Data tab > Summary of Collection.
Question: How often does RN150 auto run to collect performance consumed or it's same as discovery scheduled? Answer: Once a device has been licensed for performance collection, the RN150 will poll Windows and Linux devices every five minutes and the VMware API once an hour.
Question: Does I need to confirm stacks before performance consumed collection? Answer: Confirming and/or Saving the Application Stacks will have the same affect. Confirming and/or Saving the Stack means it will no longer be available when the Build App Stacks feature is utilized. When the Build App Stacks feature is utilized, any App Stack that is not confirmed or saved will be broken down, and rebuilt into Auto App Stacks.

Hi,
Apologies for the delay in response to your question.
By default, when the Build App Stack feature is ran, if a Stack has not be saved or confirmed, the Stack will be broken down and rebuilt, once the feature has completed. When the Build App Stacks feature is ran, the auto stack will be labeled as Auto App. Once you have re-named an App Stack, please ensure to Save or Confirm the Stack.

I am stuck in a loop when setting my Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) preferences. How can I resolve the issue?
Answer:
When experiencing issues when setting Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) preferences, please use the steps below.
1)Log in to https://flexera.riscnetworks.com/ with your user login and password
2) When the MFA registration screen appears, enter the desired cellphone, email, device preference, and click submit. Leave this same browser window/tab open.
3) Wait for the confirmation email to be delivered. Upon delivery, *do not* click the link; instead, copy the link and paste it in the browser window/tab you used to enter you MFA registration preferences, and then hit Enter.
This should resolve the issue.

Orchestration.riscnetworks.com ( 34.192.184.110, 34.192.195.90 ); This NOC will be used for command/control, authenticating users are entitled to access the assessment, and overall health monitoring of the appliances.
Initial.riscnetworks.com ( 34.192.43.78, 34.192.198.28); This NOC will be used when updates are made available to the RN150.
App3.riscnetworks.com (34.192.198.73 ); This NOC will be used to facilitate Advanced Debugging and troubleshooting, should issues arise.
Dataup.riscnetworks.com ( 34.192.12.37, 34.192.197.132 ); This NOC will be used when collected data from a running assessment is being upload for processing.
Backup & Growth (34.192.99.153, 34.192.185.36); This NOC is not currently active, however, if needed in an emergency, this would be a backup NOC

Hi,
Multicast uses UDP (User Datagram Protocol) for communication. The RN150 does not collect UDP communications.
