@kathy_allen Can you please share the result of the support case ? We too have observed a similar issue in our instance as well, where we can see the app installed on the device and this particular app also linked to a license, however, the device is not linked to any license.

IT Asset Management allows you to ignore inventory records if these should not be included in your inventory result set – for example, if the inventory record is known to be inaccurate but it’s not feasible to delete the inaccurate record from the inventory source. Inventory linked to retired or disposed assets is automatically ignored by FNMS. Devices ignored in your IT Asset Management environment now are also filtered from your IT Visibility inventory data set when IT Visibility is connected to IT Asset Management. This change is being deployed in batches to our customers. No action is required from you to experience the new capability.

That would be great, @Natalie! We don't do this because it is easy, do we? 🙂 Let me know if I can support in any way. My organisation has not bought After Effects separately but only as part of All apps. I could, temporarily, add C4D to the All Apps suite but that could cause issues in the long run, and I don't like to make changes to the Flexera applications.

The above stat talks about the % of evidences we have in the library BUT when it comes to coverage of Non-windows applications we do support most of the non-windows applications based on the standard installer technology and Advanced installer technologies Advanced (IA, IS/ISMP, IIM, Install stream, OUI and BEA) Standard (RPM, SDUX, SUNPKG and LPP, ASPA) We had good coverage of non-windows applications for IBM (Most of the IBM applications we have support on non-windows platform) Oracle Adobe (We do support MAC apart form Windows, Linux, AIX, HPUX and Solaris) SAP Microsoft Veritas VMWare Cisco and other publishers I will get the stats based on the number of applications.
