Is it possible for an application item, when requested, to go through more than one approval workflows after the request has been submitted. The case for this would be a requester completes a questionnaire. The main question has a check box. Each check box requirement will need a different approval workflow. So if a requester chooses one, only one workflow will be used, if they choose two approval workflows would be required before the request was complete. I will test myself – but just wanted to check if this is possible and if anyone has set something up like this before?

I have a list of App Portal Catalog Item Approval Groups. I want to find the user groups for each Approval group. I had a look at the tables – but can’t work out a query that will get me what I want. So … does anyone have a SQL Query to list the users groups within a named Approval Group?

One more question on this please.... when you tested and used uniqueUserName and uniqueApproverName .... where those names the values from the UniqueName column in the WD_User table? Ours look like DOMAINNAME/Username Thanks

Has anyone experience of using the SetAlternateApproverAndOutOfOffice API (in AppPortal 2019 R1). Does it behave exactly as it says in the doco – or is there anything I need to watch out for? Thanks

Is there a limit on the number of users/machines you can 'order on behalf of' with App Portal 2019? We can never add more that 10. Is there a setting I can update to increase this? Thanks

Thanks - the person is a heavy user of App Portal and has multiple windows open when this happens. I'll get them to check to see if we can find where the redirect is taking place next time it occurs.

One on my users is reporting that App Portal is not opening correctly for them.They see the attached. They said if they close and reopen is usually fixes the issue. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this before? Thanks

Thanks for your help. I needed to update the type value in the DB for the change to be reflected. Seems to have worked.
