Hi @mfranz , thanks for the inputs, we have Tried all the above before posting in the community. Main challenge is that the inventory should be collected from the Public cloud to on Prem beacon(FNMS cloud setup) and wondering what will be the integration platform between them as i think we cannot have any rights to collect the data from Cloud unless there is some authentication provided at cloud level and then the relevant access to collect the inventory. Hi @flexeranoob , Please verify if you have any proxy and if the clients were able to reach the Beacon server and the dns of the beacon is getting resolved from the clients and also verify the config file. * enable TLS 1.1 and 1.2 in the Beacon server if its a cloud setup and do the same in few of the clients and then try to run the mgspolicy . *Check if you are able to telnet the beacon server from the end clients using the ports you configured for communication. hope these steps might help you in resolving the issue. Hi @bmaudlin , I've done the integration with O365 in a FNMS cloud setup and we need to have internet connectivity to the Beacon and the URL's suggested by @mag00_75 should be accessible. Later to get the data from the cloud we have to have a user with cloud app administrator Privileges for the O365 Azure Tenant from which we have to import the data. There are 2 methods and attached the document for reference and hope it helps. We need the below from the Azure administrator before starting. 1. OAuth 2.0 authorization endpoint (v2) URL 2. Hi @peterikeda , Tried the script to reset but no luck the default admin is not having any permissions on the FNMEA portal. Can we create a user with full admin credentials on the FNMEA Application using sql db or any other options to get control on FNMEA. Thanks

Hi @mrichardson , thanks for your comments and i did raise a support case but looking for other alternatives in the meanwhile until a Support engineer will be assigned with the case. Please find the snapshot attached where there is a drop down of domains and i wonder why there is a domain as FlexNet other than our own domain.
