The only way I could get these exemptions to go away completely was to go to the "Apply Allocations & Exemptions" section and remove them all there then wait for a reconciliation.  I have removed all exemptions and allocations.  Oddly enough on my license side it STILL shows "allocations" on the summary page but when I click into the actual license, they are gone.  This is one of many little quirks that drive me crazy about Flexnet.  I expect the data to be correct across the board and it just isn't.   Shelby ... Hi Kirk,   No there are no duplicates on the actual inventory side.  This is a very strange anomaly.  I'm wondering if this could have happened as a result of us recently connecting to Microsoft portal for tracking of our Office 365 subscriptions?  I'm going to open an actual ticket on this issue because regardless  of why this is happening, it needs to be corrected as any of my reporting is currently off.   Thanks, Shelby  ... We were able to research the IBM environment a bit more carefully yesterday and noticed many of our hosts were not showing a location/region.  When we updated that info and ran the reconcile, looks like things are calculating correctly.  I do have one question....do you know if all devices must be associated to a region to show consumption?  I'm confused about what my PVU report will show for those without a region assigned yet.  I can see them and on the license side it tells me the # of PVUs but just curious how that works its way down to the PVU report.  ... Thank you for this.  We were able to do some work yesterday and it "appears" that it has worked.  Seems that not all of the Hosts were pointing to any specific region which was causing whacky looking results. I haven't had time to check each and every PVU license, but I do believe we are on the right track! ... View more
