Does this still stand from 2020? Requested removal of application and getting "Uninstall Evidence" as only evidence on devices. Does this still mean the application could be uninstalled incorrectly and there may be junk left in the registry? Shelby Day

Hello! I have had a question posed to me that has never been asked before and I have no idea how to answer it. A product ownere wants to know if we can provide any type of reporting for Office that would show if/when someone used each of the components or not. For instance, when did I last use Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. I've never been asked to provide this granular info before. If anyone knows a way to accomplish, please advise. Shelby

Hello, Trying to understand why ALL users in SaaS Applications/Managed SaaS Applications/Creative Cloud show last activity: Never FOR ALL USERS. I find this to be impossible as we have over 5K active users in the portal. I would expect activity date to show. This connection has been set up for several weeks so it's not a matter of reconciliation. That has occured several times over.

Thank you for the answer! The problem I see with leaving blank means I am getting everything and can't tell if it's free or paid licensing. The way we had it set up initially was blank and I wasn not able to begin to tell who was using what. We have since set up the license as "paid" and I am seeing exactly what I expected. Shelby

Noticed that PowerBI license via SAAS Manager is not showing any differentiation between a "free" license and the paid licensing. Every use is being considered as a paid license and they are not. How to fix this behavior? Should this be 2 separate licenses? Thanks

I understand peak consumption. I just wasn't clear on the way Flexnet was now "showing" this on the license overview page. I personally don't like it because at a glance I look and immediately think we have a problem. Now that I know the reasoning. All good! Thanks for responding to my question!

I've noticed for IBM "All Licenses" view the "current consumption" is showing the PEAK consumption number and I have to click into each license to view the actual current consumption. Why did this change?

What would cause product use rights to change? I'm referring specifically to "exemptions". I notice for some odd reason (and has nothing to do with Recommended License Changes), my exemptions for Device Role reverts back to default. I may for example exempt Development, Test, Disaster Recover and they revert back. I haven't paid special attention to when this happens, but wonder if this would be something that might "change" after an FNMS upgrade? That's all I can think of. Thanks

This question is of an urgent nature and if anyone might be able to provide some guidance here I would greatly appreciate. I've tried to scan through the various info on Java but nothing is making sense to me. I am trying to get to a comprehensive list of Java within our environment which I believe I have successfully captured. What I cannot get to is correct versioning. This is happening in roughly half the records I'm pulling. Results are returning version: 1, 2, 5, etc. which makes no sense to me while other records are pulling actual versioning that I expect, for instance, 6.0.31, 8.0.25, etc. Can someone explain and help me get to the actual versioning here? What is "bothering" me is the fact that I have a database license consuming both a NUP and a Prod license. That cannot be correct.

I am seeing consumption for both NUP & Proc metric (same database/instance) on a number of option packs. Is this normal and only corrected via allocations or is something off? What am I missing? Thanks, Shelby
