Have you turned on tracing to see what is going on when the agent is scanning? Which operating system is this on nix or windows? • On Windows, the default is C:\Program Files (x86)\ManageSoft\etcp.trace • On UNIX-like platforms, the default is /opt/managesoft/etcp.trace. @adam_cutler

I have seen the connection error before and it was able to pull the data into a physical table. What I am finding is the memory timeout trying to pull in AD is failing but the Server has enough memory. I was playing with the timeouts, but it kept failing in the Non Prod environment. I was able to get it to work in Prod with the same filter. What causes the memory timeout since it is not on the actual server. Could it be that the LDAP source DC creating this failure? @mfranz

Yes I have SSMS installed on the Beacon, and I am able to connect. I am trying to pull in AD data into a physical table so i can normalize it. It keeps failing. The filter I am using is ObjectClass=User.

I checked the TLS settings and they are fine for the SQL server. Trying to stage AD data into a physical table but it is getting a memory exception error.

Hi, I have a customer that uses a ! in there name. I have tried multiple was to exclude them from showing up in the webui. %!% %_!% just putting ! noting is excluding these accounts. Any ideas? Thanks in advance Steve

If you look at the logs it connects to every server admin shares hense why you need the elevated permissions for NTFS permissions.

Hi I have customer that is looking for Bench mark information about the Xenapp agent. They are concerned because they have 1000 servers in there farm. Does anyone happen to have this information since it is not in the documentation. I know it uses the Citrix Powershell components. Thanks, Steve
