Hi guys,  Do you know any method to gather installaer evidence via XenApp Agent for non-AppV applications? These applications from "Master Image" source do not record data for installer MSI (eg. what you see in registry/programs & features menu) and can only record the executable information. Some cases the applications are stated using .PS1 or .CMD scripts so not even .exe level version information is available for those. The desire would be to avoid manual mapping of .exe applications as evidence and matching them to what is installed on workers/delivery controllers. ... View more

FNMS data quality checks could be added as well. This really depends on your organisation's SAM maturity. Some examples to monitor: VMs without hosts Gaps in CPU data (servers) Duplicates (by name or byserial number) Missing assigned users (clients) Missing procurement data Missing enterprise data, like cost center, location, business units for all kind of objects ... Hi pkadam73, An upgrade (migration) to a newer release of FNMS will not be affected by any problems with SQLCMD. The SQL scripts used for migrating the FNMS databases are excecuted using a tool 'mgsDatabaseUpgrade' that is provided with the FNMS migration scripts. The 'mgsDatabaseUpgrade' tool has no dependency on SQLCMD. However - as mentioned by @Ronny_007 - for importing the Flexera libraries, you must have a recent version of SQLCMD installed on your FNMS Batch Server.   ... View more

@Ronny_OO7 - the specific bug in the code that was root cause of this known issue is not present in the 17.0.1 agent. Is it possible that the issue you are seeing is the known (but currently unfixed) issue linked from the "Additional information" section of this article? It is also possible there is another (unknown) issue with similar symptoms - the symptoms described in this article could potentially have other root causes. If you are encountering symptoms like described with the 2021 R1 (17.0.1) agent that aren't otherwise explained then I'd suggest raising a case with Flexera Support so that they can be investigated. ...
