We have FNMS 2019 R2 on-premises. Recently we observe that many machines are not able to download policy files. We have uninstall FNMS agent in one machine then delete managesoft folder and install agent again but while downloading machine policy file it gives error. Download failure: Error 0xE0500013: Timeout on connection When copy Download URL from installation log file and paste it in browser then browser does not show any result also file is not downloaded and it is showing waiting.

We are using that option for Location update. But still we need to update Corporate Unit Manually. @MurrayPeters @ChrisG Is there option to update Corporate Unit automatically based on Subnet mask via Business Adapater ?

As of now we are updating Corporate Unit in Bulk through excel via Business Adapter. Can we automate it in Business Adapter using subnet ? If Corporate Unit is blank then it will check the subnet mask and according to subnet mask it will update Corporate Unit.

@ChrisGI have received older log before upgrade to 2019 R2. in that log policy was download from itambcn server. here I am attaching old log. I have upgrade through same implementation script and nothing has been change but still don't why having this issue. Request you please help me to understand this issue and how come we resolved it.

We have FNMS 2019 R2 on-premises. After upgrade from 2019 R1 to 2019 R2 agent policy download fail. Both beacon test connection is successful also both beacon is showing in up-to-date status in FNMS Console. Both beacon updated with latest version. Thanks @ChrisG Beacon Upload file issue is resolved. No more error found in any logs. Now observed that agent is unable to download Machine Policy file. It gives timeout error.

We have FNMS 2019 R2 on-premise and integrate ServiceNow and create schedule for daily Export of Hardware Inventory and Installed Applications. But when check log file in Flexera server it is showing in waiting state. Even same has found in ServiceNow. Need help for Beacon import issue. We are using Flexera 2019 R2 on-premise. Beacon is not able to import files. When check in Beacon activity log it gives error. Both Beacon Policy status is showing up-to-date. Even both Beacon test connection is succeed. IIS Authentication : -> Inventory-beacons - Anonymous and Windows enable -> ManagesoftDL - Anonymous and Windows enable -> ManagesoftRL - Anonymous and Windows enable Found error in Beacon Activity Log. Can anyone help me on this please ?
