Hi, Frequently I got below error in WebUI log and then FNMS is stopped working. It only works after IIS reset. I have already increased maxpool size to 1000 but still it gives same error. We have FNMS 2019 R2 on-prem. No, we have single tenant only of on-prem and as mentioned previously it's a Test environment. But when I copy working inventory file from Production environment and paste it in Inventory folder in Test environment then it also showing failed while import.

@erwinlindemann Yes, both devices are found in Computer table in FNMSInventory DB. Are there any NDI file that can be imported using the mgsImport tool successfully? -> No, because this is Test instance and only 2 machines are reported and both fail to import. Which version (and command line options) of the Flexera Agent did you use for creating the latest NDI files where the import fails? -> FNMS agent version is 14.00.52 and both machines OS is Windows sever 2012 R2 Would it be possible to share one of these NDI files for testing, please? -> Unable to share due to some compliance reason but I have tried to import same NDI files into Production instance and it imported successfully.

Some machines are not find in WebUI. When import manually then it gives error and NDI files goes into BadLogs\invalidformat. We have on-prem 2019 R2. Below is the manually import result. We have FNMS 2019 R2 on-premise. We need Operating System Version in All Inventory tab. However OS Version field is available in NDI file, FNMSInventory Database but can't find it in FNMSCompliance DB. Even can't find it in Report field.

We have FNMS 2019 R2 on-premises and integrate SCCM into FNMS. We have observed data discrepancy issue between SCCM to FNMS and FNMS to SCCM. Machines which are available in SCCM but not reflecting in FNMS. Daily Integration works without any error. Can someone provide the details of How SCCM Integration works and what is the criteria to Import SCCM Inventory into FNMS?

@jjensenthanks for the update. Someone from our team has change that settings in Discovery & Inventory -> Settings -> Included File Evidence -> Collect the evidence for all folder for Linux/UNIX os. Due to that reason huge NDI file was generated. I have change that settings to Do not collect file evidence. Now NDI processing is normally but it takes almost 21 hrs for Full Recon.
