Why can't I see my support case anymore???

I tried going through Get Support / My Cases which leads me to:  https://flexeracommunity.force.com/Community/s/caselistview

and shows the following:

URL No Longer Exists

Hi - our systems team asked if you can close all browser windows and clear your cache to try again. Can you do this and let me know if it's successful? Many thanks!
