How to View Your Order and Maintenance Information
If you'd like to see your order, product, and maintenance information navigate to the following pages on the community. Please note you will need to log into the community to access the pages mentioned below.
- Your order information is located under Get Support -> Recent Orders
- Your products appear under Get Support -> Registered Products
- Your maintenance details can be found under Get Support -> My Support Plans (Note: Maintenance information will no longer appear in the Flexera Product and License Center)
If you'd like to see your licenses and the hosts or devices where your licenses are activated, please visit the Flexera Product and License Center.
