How to Keep Your Community & Learning Center Activity When You Leave a Job

If you are leaving a job, you can request we transfer your account activity to a new profile.  We love it when community members want to continue their community experience - whether with a new job or just to maintain a pulse on Flexera products. With a few steps, you can continue your Learning Center courses, maintain your certifications, and keep those sought-after profile badges! 

Actions to Take

  1. Create a new community account with your personal email address
  2. Email community@flexera.com and include links to your company-related user profile and your new profile. Request that all community & Learning Center activity be transferred to your new account
  3. Our team will transfer activity, archive your company-related profile, and notify you of the changes
