A hotfix was released into the Usage Intelligence Production environment. This hotfix addresses the issue where once users generate the user flow report with hotspot selected as one of the system events (session start, session stop, session timeout), the “others” bucket was not being displayed in the next step on the chart. The “others” bucket depicts the count of remaining events which did not fall under top x events where x is events per step (a configuration in report settings). This anomaly resulted in mismatch between session start and (session stop + session timeout) event counts. With the release of this hotfix, users will no longer observe these anomalies.
