We continue to investigate the root cause. The issue is related to accessing the case portal using IE11. For a workaround, please do one of these two options:

Few weeks ago i had similar issues with chrome browser(By then it worked all fine on chrome for Franc and Jarmo), Hence i had moved over to IE and it worked well for weeks.

Since yesterday morning IE also has similar issue that i faced on Chrome( Invalid Identity). However on checking from Chrome last late night, it worked again for me again.

Its all confusing!

My Cases page is working fine form today morning in IE itself. Flexera logo is little big on the page in tope left corner

This is great news! Our developer pushed a fix for the IE11 access issues last night and it sounds like it resolved all problems. I apologize for this access issue - we'll continue to work on making things less confusing. As you encounter issues or have ideas, please send them along. I couldn't access My Cases in IE or Chrome. I reset my password and it works fine now!

ya i also identified the same issue when i tried to open.. Any one have solution for this.
