We have migrated support tickets from Zendesk to the Flexera Community site (please see the signup details below). As you had before, you can still directly email or call our support staff with product issues and questions. Here are the key ways to get in touch with Flexera Support:

- Submit via the Community site
How to Use the Case Portal
To get started in the community, create an account at community.flexera.com by clicking “Sign In” in the upper right-hand corner of the home page.
- Access Case Portal: Click Get Support > My cases
- Click on a case number to view case details. Click on filter and select All Company Cases to view all cases for your company.
- Respond to Comments: Add comments or attach files to progress your case
