Copy & pasting an image directly from Outlook or Microsoft Word into the rich text editor for Spider is not working for Firefox and Chrome. An unknown image icon is displayed instead of the actual image.
Cause
This is due to limitations in how browsers support pasting images from Outlook/Word. It works with Internet Explorer 11.
Affected browsers: Firefox, Chrome.

None, resp. use Internet Explorer 11
