I tried to download secunia psi various times but unfortunately I have not successful

So. I need your support to succeed

When I downloaded everything appear fine but if I finished and it's asked me to start this massage its appeared which contained   

Unable to retrieve PSI user ID from secunia

Is there a replacement for the Secunia personal software inspector?  This is a tool that EH Academy has in their training and are recommending students download the software
