SVM: Software not recognized - can it be added for recognition?

Dear all,

we are using a software called "Alcatel OpenTouch Conversation Client" that currently is not recognized by SVM under "All Products".

Can someone tell me if it is possible to somehow add this program so that we can find out where it is installed with which version using the SVM Agents?
