What is the process for resetting 2FA on an SVR account?

Artur or one of our support engineers can help you reset your 2 Factor Authentication if you can send us your username and company details. You can either create a case via the portal or send an email to email@example.com stating your company name and username. We would also have to verify your identity so if you can send us an email from your official email address.
