Multiple instances of the daemon

We have two partitions in SVM - one for workstations and one for servers.  I have some scheduled exports used to track information over time and it is working great for one of the partitions.  Is it possible to install 2 instances of the daemon on one computer to retrieve exports for both partitions?  Or will another computer be required to run a 2nd instance of the daemon for the 2nd partition?
