How long should an on-demand report take?

I usually wait hours (even days) before a PDF report is completed and available for download in Flexera SVM.  Is there some data I should avoid adding into the report, to save time?, or is something larger wrong with my configuration?

FYI, the report did complete.  Took over 12 hours.

Hi, 

Can you advise if you are using on-prem or Cloud ?

 

Certain reports may take longer than other, also if you have more machines etc. 

Can you advise on which report you are generating? Also how many machines etc are included in this report?
