This article is intended for customers that lock themselves out of their Software Vulnerability Research account with the two-factor authentication enabled.


Reset two-factor authentication Software Vulnerability Research software by Flexera. 


If you lock yourself out of your account with the two-factor authentication, you can contact our support department which will be able to reset the extra layer of security for you.

Once a representative has done this, if you are unable to login with your current password you can reset that using the "Forgot your password?" option on the login screen.

You will need to supply support with the name of the user you are failing to login with. You can contact support via your customer community account and by creating a new support case.
