Yes. In order for the application to be listed in the ServiceNow store it must be certified by ServiceNow. The goal of the certification is for ServiceNow to vet the application to ensure the least amount of risk is introduced into the customer instance. As part of the certification process, the application code, installation and architecture are inspected to ensure best practices have been followed, ensuring platform stability, performance and security are persisted.
