The run the Application Roster and Expense Discovery tasks, and store the following data. Expense data is sourced for the past 90 days on the initial run.
NOTE: The information stored is subject to change as enhancements are made to the product.
- User ID
- First Name
- Last Name
- Active Date
- Account ID
- Account Email
- Transaction Date
- Merchant Name
Minimum Permissions Required
The Administrator role is needed for user management and reading expense reports.
Application Task Tracking
The chart has also been updated to include Coupa.
