On Feb 2nd, the Revenera Customer Success team will send out a short Customer Experience Survey. If you are the recipient of one of these surveys please take a couple minutes to add your comments.
This survey is different from what you have received in the past. We are including a new question and, once all the responses are in, will report the data to a newly formed Customer Experience Council responsible for creating action plans based on your comments. We will then return to you in June with our progress and plans.
