The InstallShield 2022 R1 release is available on the Product and License Center. This release includes the following new features: 

Integration with Visual Studio 2022

You can now upgrade and build your existing InstallShield projects in Visual Studio 2022.

Support for Custom Extensions in MSIX Projects

You can now create extensions that are not available out of the box in MSIX Project using a custom extension.
