This article will guide you through the process of registering your product.First of all, open your internet browser and go to this URL http://flexerasoftware.force.com/register
Once the page has loaded, underneath 'What are you registering?', select from the following options:
- Product - If you are registering a single product
- Support Maintenance (existing product ID is required) - If you are registering your support plan
- Both product and maintenance support - If you are registering a product that includes a support plan
Enter the required details into the required fields then press the 'add' button.
After clicking the 'add' button, the product should appear on the right (shown in the screenshot below).
Click 'continue' (which will bring you to the page as shown in the screenshot below).
Fill out the details accordingly then click 'Submit'.
After clicking the 'Submit' button, your product will now be registered.
