Cause
When the user tries to download the .NET 4.6.2 prerequisite, by selecting the prerequisite, the download fails with the following error:
"Download failed and make sure you are running as administrator and that your machine is connected to Internet?"
Solution:
Download the attached prerequisite files for the .NET 4.6.2 redistributable, and extract, then replace the files in <InstallShield_Home>\SetupPrerequisites
For example: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\2022\SetupPrerequisites
NOTE: Rename the existing prerequisite files or back up the existing prerequisite files then replace the files in the same location.
