using vb2012 express

I am using vb 2012 express
I tried installing "Install Shield Limited" BUT
there is no option for other templates in vb2012
is there another option, before I have to purchase VB
I am retired with a very limited income and I need to be sure what
I have developed will generate some income before I spend more money.

InstallShield Limited Edition can be integrated into the following editions of Visual Studio: Professional, Premium, and Ultimate.

Note that Visual Studio Express Edition does not support integration with InstallShield Limited Edition.
