unable to add bitmap to a dialog...

I have the evaluation version of InstallShield primer. I tried to practice through Tutorial. When came to the point to learn how to modify dialog layout with dialog editor, I tried to add a bitmap to a dialog. The program shut down and I have been informed to contact Flexera. can anybody tell my why that happen and how to correct that?

What kind of project are you using (Basic MSI? InstallScript?)? Other options for changing bitmaps are described in this old newsletter tip (PDF): http://www.flexerasoftware.com/webdocuments/PDF/DialogBitmaps.pdf.
