setup fails to launch

Hi Team,

install script setup created with installshield 2015 professional fails to launch in Windows 10 (64-bit, Version 1709, OS Build 16299.1932).

My application user is trying to run the exe where his IT department  does remote login into my computer.

Please suggest on the above.

also in some cases antivirus is blocking the installation exe.
